There is an ARGB female connector on one side, and a 3 pin female connector on the other side. So, I can daisy chain my four fans together, and use this cable to plug them into the Razer chroma. I have searched for VDG to ARGB, Thermaltake to ARGB, 3 pin to ARGB, and each time I think I have found what I am looking for, only for it to be slightly different. For example, there are many '3 pin to ARGB' cables out there, but the connector is far bigger than the thermal take connector,so I am guessing that, as I said, the thermal take. Hi, I am currently finalising a new "dream" build (Already have a 5950x and 128 GBs of RAM, and my 3090 Arrives tomorrow!) but I have run into a (hopefully) minor issue. So my question is could I connect my TT RGB fans and strips to the TT sync controller.

If you follow the instructions that SPCR give on mounting fans, you have the best hope of getting close to the specs. If, however, your fan is of the batch that was roughly handled or stored at too high a temp during transit from china - you are out of luck and you better get a new Nexus/Yate loon/Nortua or Scythe fan.IMHO, if you get a Tt fan that has Hong Cheng on it, it will initially be quieter than a Tt fan made by Everflow. I should know as I currently have 2 90mm smart fan II's in my case.Your Tt-1225 may or may not get anywhere near the specs quoted on the box depending on 2 factors: batch variance and mounting. Thermaltake fans have the unfortunate tendency to resonate with anything that matches their frequency range, this could range from another fan in the case to the hard drive to the actual case itself. For example, there are many "3 pin to ARGB" cables out there, but the connector is far bigger than the thermal take connector,so I am guessing that, as I said, the thermal take connector is proprietary. At this point, I'm so irritated that I am thinking of taking some of the unused motherboard cables that came with the fans (They are intended for motherboard ARGB headers, but I am using the razer) and cutting off the ends, then soldering them to some ARGB cables (Which you actually can buy) but I have no idea if this will work or if it will break anything. This is a long shot, but I figured it was worth posting, hopefully someone will be able to see through those awful blurry images and figure out what kind of connector this is.

The reviews were probably 90% unfavorable, citing things like "too loud" and "bad build quality", etc. I then went to NewEgg to get a couple and read over 25 user reviews about them. I had read a couple of reviews saying how quiet they were (reviews were like in 2005).

It's like rolling the dice and hope you get what you wanted.
